Custom Home Cleaners

1) Do I have to pay the full price to clean my entire home if there are rooms I want to maintain myself?

No. Our estimates are adjusted for your cleaning needs and your budget. Most of our customers have areas of their homes that they prefer not to clean, for example, the desk in the home office. There may be rooms that they choose not to include, most commonly teenagers bedrooms, guest rooms, or spare rooms. Knowing the use of your home, you help us to determine the best cleaning program for your home and family.

2) Will I have many people in and out of my home?

Each of our customers is assigned their own individual cleaner who will maintain your home on a regular basis. Most national chains would send out a team of maids who clean many homes in a day, spending a lot of time on the road between job sites. For one cleaner with fewer clients, that travel time becomes cleaning time, which allows your cleaner more time to focus on the work at hand. Also, rather than assigning sections of your home to different to team members, your cleaner becomes familiar with your entire home which adds to the efficiency of your home cleaning. Should your cleaner not be available on your scheduled day, the staff member chosen to stand in is usually your regular substitute, therefore, also already familiar with your home.

3) Will the person cleaning my house be screened, trained and experienced?

Yes, each staff member is fully screened and personally trained by the owner. Many of our staff members have previous cleaning experience, some having cleaned for Custom Home Cleaners of Franklin since we opened here in 1999.

4) Do I need to leave my own cleaning products out for my cleaner to use?

No, we provide all of our own supplies including vacuums and cleaning towels.

5) Can I get a ballpark estimate over the phone?

Yes, with the understanding that many factors determine the cost of cleaning each home. In addition to the size and number of rooms, we consider the number of furniture pieces as well as the range of items on the furniture surfaces and decorative accessories on walls.

6) Since I work full-time, how will my cleaner be able to enter my home?

There are several ways to allow your cleaner access to your home. Most commonly, customers provide us with either a key to the house or a garage code. Keys are kept in a locked key box in our office.

7) Will my personal information be shared with other companies?

Absolutely not. We are a privately owned, local family business. There are no partners or corporate offices that require us to pass your personal information on to them.

8) Is the work guaranteed?

We encourage our customers' feedback! Any work not done to your satisfaction will be recleaned and inspected at your earliest convenience.
