House Cleaning Services

As part of our customary service an individual cleaner will regularly be assigned to thoroughly clean your home. The following is a detailed description of the cleaning services that we provide.

In bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, entry ways, halls, and stairways we dust and polish all surfaces including:

knick knacks lamp bases pictures baseboards window sills

window and door frames door handles appliance-surfaces furniture surfaces and legs

All floors, carpets, and stairs will be vacuumed.

In the kitchen the counters are thoroughly cleaned, moving items to clean beneath them, and the floors are mopped. The outside surfaces of all appliances are cleaned including:

toaster toaster oven microwave

coffee maker espresso machine dish washer

refrigerator

Wooden cabinets are damp-wiped around the handles. Cabinets with non-wooden surfaces are spray cleaned. Stovetop and sink are cleaned and dried to shine.

In the bathroom the following are sanitized and dried to shine:

shower bath tub sinks countertops mirrors

faucet fixtures tiled walls towel racks toilet tanks

toilet seats and lids (top and bottom) toilet bowl (inside and out)

All bathroom floors are mopped.

Our services DO NOT include:

walls window panes inside appliances

shower curtains dishes laundry

plant or animal maintenance
